JON MOSES GIVEAWAY MARCH 2023 – OFFICIAL RULES

THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED ONLY FOR THOSE PARTICIPANTS WHO SATISFY THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING GIVEAWAY RULES CAREFULLY, AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Simply Sensitivity Checks Jon Moses Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is offered worldwide-but only open to residents in countries eligible to which Simply Sensitivity Checks operates. Corporate employees, officers and directors of Simply Sensitivity Checks, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, contractors, and agents and those individuals/entities engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this Giveaway and persons in the immediate family of (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in their same household (whether or not related) as any person in any of the preceding categories are not eligible to enter (collectively referred to herein as the “GiveawayEntities”). The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 pm GMT on Friday 24th March 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm GMT on Friday 7th April 2023. All time referenced herein is Greenwich Mean Time. Sponsor’s administrator’s server/computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Sponsor will post to the official Jon Moses Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/jonmosessinger) account announcing the beginning of the Giveaways. During the Giveaway Period on Instagram, entrants must :

(1) follow the official Jon Moses Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/jonmosessinger) page and like the post;

(2) Follow the official Simply Sensitivity Checks Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/simplysensitivitychecks)

(3) Comment tagging at least one other accounts that they think would benefit from one of Simply Sensitivity Checks tests. Multiple tags count.

(4) Share the post to their Instagram story and tag @simplysensitivitychecks @jonmosessinger

A proper post comment entry must:

  • Be original to the entrant;
  • Conform to the terms of service for Instagram;
  • Must be in English;
  • Not contain material that violates or infringes any rights of any other party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights;
  • Not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous;
  • Not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of the United Kingdom or of any jurisdiction where the entry is created; and
  • Be consistent with the image and values of the Sponsor and not disparage Sponsor or any other person or entity affiliated with the Giveaway.


a. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, associated with Instagram. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability associated with the Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor.


b. Commenting with more than one entry is permitted. However, if it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: use any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Giveaway, he or she may be disqualified from the Giveaway in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.


c. All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification):


(i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Giveaway;
(ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an entry entered(or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Giveaway; and/or
(iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Giveaway in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THAT ANY PERSON WILL RECEIVE ANY CONTRACTS OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL,
BUSINESS OR OTHER BENEFIT OF ANY KIND BY VIRTUE OF HIS OR HER PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY.


4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void where prohibited.


5. PRIZE/WINNER SELECTION: The prize will consist of a 1 x FREE Ultimate Health Sensitivity Test worth £135.00, plus 30 DAY FREE Meal Planning Service subscription. (2) individual confirmed winner. Open to UK residents only.  

A total of ONE (1) eligible winner will be randomly selected via a random comment generator by Sponsor’s designated personnel from among all eligible entries on Monday 10th April 2023. The potential winners will be notified via Direct Instagram message (DM) Simply Sensitivity Checks account. No cash alternative will be offered. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries during the Giveaway Period. No substitution of the prize awarded will be permitted.

6. CONTACTING WINNER. The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of ONE (1) attempts to contact the eligible winners via Instagram within TWO (2) business days of the applicable draw date. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within TWO business days of the applicable draw date(for example private account with messages closed) , then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to a prize). Once contacted by Sponsor, the winners must email or support@simplysensitivitychecks.com and provide the following information: (1) winner’s full name,(2) confirmation of their Instagram handle. After being confirmed as winners in accordance with these Official Rules, the prizes will be emailed to the winners pursuant to the email addresses provided by the winners. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize. In the event that the winner elects not to receive the prize, he/she will be afforded no additional compensation or substitute prize in exchange therefore.

The winner will accept to share their journey and results in the form of an Instagram post & reel within 1 month of completing their test. 

The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance of these Official Rules and if a winner is unable to be contacted or if any prize is unclaimed or declined, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Sponsor’s discretion. All national and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.


In no event shall Giveaway Entities be responsible to award more than the stated number of prizes herein. Any prize referenced or depicted in advertising materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participants agree to be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (including its authorised representatives), which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to this Giveaway. Sponsor retains the right to disqualify and/or exclude from this Giveaway, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Official Rules or Agreements, or tampering with or manipulating promotions, advancements, recruitments/sponsorships or product orders either during or after the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules of the Giveaway at its sole and absolute discretion. ANYONE DETERMINED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway related materials, including, but not limited to: point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is NOT responsible for allergy limitations of potential winners and therefore releases all responsibility for any allergens present in any of the products included to winners themselves which is present on the packaging.
8.DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Giveaway and/or by accepting a prize, Participants agree to abide by and be legally bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its designees, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all respects related to this Giveaway.

CONSENT TO USE YOUR LIKENESS. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his or her name or likeness (voice, biographical information, city and province/territory of residence, statements, photographs, recordings) for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium worldwide by the Sponsor and/or its advertising or promotional agencies (including, but not limited to, use on Sponsor’s website and/or the Sponsor’s website and social media profiles) without limitation or further notification, and without providing compensation or intellectual property rights to the winner, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may require entrants to obtain permission from all individuals that appear in the entry(if any) and to use their name and likeness in the entry and to grant the rights set forth herein.

11.RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Giveaway as contemplated in these Official Rules, or for any other reason. Any changes to these Official Rules will be posted on the Simply Sensitivity Checks website.
